The 2015 Ballon D’Or was inconsolable after the Champions League exit to Juventus last night, and broke down in tears in the dressing room, according to Spanish media Deportes Cuatro.
Club captains Sergio Ramos and Iker Casillas tried to raise spirits with a rousing speech, Deportes Cuatro claim, while Ronaldo remained inconsolable by himself.
The video below is far from conclusive, but Ronaldo did appear quite shaken up as he left the dressing room and walked out alone.
Ronaldo had appeared particularly emotional during the game, and indeed did look close to tears after wasting a great chance in the first half (picture above).
