Arsenal In £35.5m Karim Benzema Bid, Arsene Wenger Demands Transfer

Arsenal have made Karim Benzema their top transfer target after Arsene Wenger requested his signing, according to reports.

Benzema, who looks increasingly likely to be leaving Real Madrid this summer, is being monitored by Manchester United and Liverpool.
But respected Spanish journalist Kike Marin says Arsenal have made him their priority signing, with Wenger determined to bring him to the Emirates Stadium this summer.
Marin tweeted the news to his Twitter followers after they asked who Arsenal are chasing in the up coming transfer window.

Benzema is valued at £35.5m and Arsenal are believed to be set to make an offer worth that amount to bring him in.
